Network Stars-making And Government's Response

Since China imported the Internet in April 1994 and opened it to the society together with providing comprehensive service in May 1995, the people's lives had begun to change greatly day by day because of the network. Web chat, online games and online shopping brought people's lives lots of absolutely new experiences. Especially, among the Internet usages, network stars-making has a great impact on the ordinary people. In this paper, I focus on the network stars-making, and then explore causes of the phenomenon, its manifestations, and its associated positive and negative impacts, as well as the Government's positive action.This thesis falls into five parts. The first part mainly introduces the reasons of selecting this topic, the current study status about the network stars-making, the basic thought ways and some innovations. Partâ…¢analyzes the causes of the network stars-making, the ways of becoming famous network stars, the achievements and the costs of the network stars, as well as the distance between the current college students and network stars through some related survey data. Partâ…£makes a deep analysis on the impacts of the network stars-making phenomenon. Partâ…¤puts forward some of the Government's strategy to deal with this special phenomenon.
