With the increasing popularity of the Internet, the large using crowd has been expanding. Nowadays, the crowds of E-learning are explosively growing, educational resources on the network has becoming richer. Cognition of learners in network environment has arrived attention, but people have ignored emotional culture of learners in that environment. In the network learning environment, the majority of network resources only concerned about teaching students the knowledge. As a matter of fact, on behalf of the Western educational technology, experts views emotion as an important element in learning. Cognitive and affective are two aspects which the learners should raise, can not neglect either. Xia Gaizun, a modern educator in China, said: "If education has no emotion, no love, just as there is no water in pond. No water, no pond; No love, no education." Lu Xun said: "Education is rooted in love." Some educators believe that emotion is the basis of behavior, behavioral patterns are based on emotional factors as motivation. Emotional education based on network environment is characterized on network environment, through education, psychology, aesthetics, computer science, an organic combination of a number of disciplines carried out, which are activities for the purpose of training emotional of learners. To distinguish the cognition from simple network environment, it needs to make use of relevant theoretical and technical knowledge to correctly guide the emotion of learners. Emotional Education is beneficial not only to nurture the students developing positive emotional quality, but also to improve awareness of the efficiency of students in the network culture.Online education platform is another important stage to develop education and teaching, which is different from the traditional teaching environment. In the network environment, the learners can access the platform to acquire knowledge and information. Current study focuses on learners' cognitive level. In such a virtual world of network, strengthening the learner's emotional education has great positive significance in regulating network activity and constructing correct moral sentiments. With the development of the computer network and multimedia technology, some technical obstacles in carrying out emotional in the network has part of solution, it produces favorable conditions in order to carry out network emotion.Emotional education is a blind spot in the study of educational technology. Currently network teaching contains little emotional education, however, its importance is obvious. In view of the emotion missing in the network environment, this paper through analyzing ways of training affective education research, as well as the impact of emotional factors, will help meet the needs of learners in the learning environment of emotional needs, improve the quality of constructing educational resources, promoting the process of quality education, also beneficial to the learner s' cognition.This study aims to building bridges and roads for depth study of emotional education. Based on cognitive and emotion theory, the study focused on the culture channels of emotional education, as well as the factors that affect the emotional education. It views cultivating learners having positive emotions such as healthy and civilized, solidarity and helpful, harmony and affection as the highest purpose of. This paper, to some extent makes up the defects of emotional education in the network environment, is useful to basing work for following study.
