With the changes in employment policies,that is two-way choice between enterprises and labors since the mid 1990s.Then the difficult employment of female college students is increasingly a concern of the society.In recent years,previous studies have shown the focus mainly in two aspects:one is,has distinguishing between the sexes impacted opon the employment;the other is,analyses the difficulties for female college students in employment.Due to this quite complex issue,based on an independent research,this article puts forward some social factors,educational factors and female college students own factors strive for solutions to this complex issue.The thesis consists of five parts.Part 1,to introduce study purpose and study meaning,then put forward the research question,analyze of related data and studies,described the ideas and research methods of this article.Part 2,to points out the harsh employment situation of female college students. There are three aspects:hard terms of employment,gender discrimination in employment market and difficult job hunting experience.Part 3,to analyze the multiple reasons why this problem occured.There are social factors,educational factors and female college students own factors.This paper point out social factors including the social exclusion,employment policy,employment situation and imperfect social insurance mechanisms.Then the college specialty setup,specialized choice and the systems of education are the direct causes.In addition,graduates' expectation of employment is so high that they couldn't find the satisfactory job.Part 4,to come up with some suggestions to deal with this problem.Firstly,on the macropolicy,need to fair the labor market competing on an equal basis,and to construct perfect charity mechanism is complement to the system of social security.Apart from this, employment guidance should be combined with study in the university,strengthen the work of college graduate employment.And female college students also need strengthen their own expertise to enhance all-round quality of the cases.Part 5,the creation and disadvantage of the study.This article points out a comprehensive look at harsh employment of female college students,and puts forward some solutions to this complex problem.However,this is the first time to do such an independent research for the writer,so there maybe still have many deficiency in the research.
