| In the 1980's, worldwide researches and discussions related with teachers' introspection show that introspection can promote teachers' expertise. In China, the quality of primary school teachers is one of the most key factors which can facilitate the elementary education curriculum reform. The improvement of teachers' introspection awareness and competence is the important means and method to enhance primary school teachers' proficiency, and the key point of the improvement is to find the approach or method to clarify the concept and content of introspection, meanwhile to foster teachers' introspection competence.On the basis of learning, and assimilating the former research achievements, the thesis discusses why the teachers should rethink, and how to develop primary school teachers' introspection competence.Part one is the preface, and it puts forward the reasons of introspection research and gives the concepts of introspection, teaching introspection and introspection competence. This part also summarizes the former research achievements and shows the author's point of view.Part two explains that to train the introspection competence is the requirement of the teachers' development of their own , respectively analyzes the following aspects: labour characteristic, requirement of new course reformation and improvement of the primary teachers 'specialty. Part three analyses that the present primary school teachers'introspection competence is weak and it's main manifestation is the weakness of consciousness, the lack of rational direction, scattered contents ,not fully enough and the signal form of introspection.Part four is the stress of this article ,studying the tactics about how to train the primary school teachers so that their competence can improve to a higher level, the author thinks we should take measures like this: strengthend themselves , form the introspection eidos, build the external environment and construct the introspection platform, widen the ways of training and master scientific methods . |
