The development of marketing economy has brought a great impact on the elementarily education in the contemporary society. It may become an important development opportunity of a school, and also a severe challenge. For ordinary junior middle schools, it belongs to the latter situation. Because there are too many such students with Learning Difficulties and Unhealthy Behaviour (SLDUB)in these schools, how to make them transform and develop towards the good aspects is a task which brooks no delay.School education is of crucial importance for the healthy growth of the teen-agers. Especially the junior middle school students are in the last stage of the nine-year compulsory education. It is a key period which forms a connecting link between the preceding and the following, and it is also a crucial link of the teen-agers' growth. We must realize that if we cannot do the transformation work well, it will not only exert a bad influence on these students and add to their families' worries, but also bring much more problems and unstable hidden perils to our schools and society.Based on some investigations, educational practice and theoretical exploration, this thesis introspects deeply the educational problems existed in the schools nowadays. It analyses the reasonable causes and tries to find out an effective way to transform the SLDUB so as to achieve the following goal: facing to the entire student and not making a single one fall behind.This thesis includes 5 sections: Preface; Putting forward the interrelated problems; Analysis of the contributing factors; Tactics to deal with the outstanding problems; Conluding remarks. The first section introduces my sincere impressions which I realize deeply in my heart through the twelve-year educational practice bymyself. That is teachers should foster the new socialist persons. They must not onlymould their students' temperament by lofty sentiment, but develop their wisdom by consummate knowledge and educational art. The second section analyzes briefly the purpose and significance of this research, and puts forward the four main problems: problem of learning difficulties and bad moral characters, educational problem arising from the network and psychological problem. The third section makes an deep introspection in four respects of the present situation of school education, teachers' quality, family education and society; and analyses the contributing causes. The fourth section is the kernel of this paper, which emphasizes how to solve these problems and represents the author's own thoughts, such as "No love, no education.", "Encouragement and appreciation is just as the sunlight and air for the children's growth.", "Trying to arouse the students' internal motive." and so on. At the end of this part there are two examples on education practice. The fifth section is the concluding remarks. The author proposes that all the educational workers should stand at the head of the era and use the new educational thoughts to guide their educational behaviour: Paying a good deal of attention to "man", and what they do is just for the students' development. Enter the children's world of a riot of colour, and try to let school education go back to life and make the classroom teaching be brimming with vigour.
