A Research On Xu Teli's Thoughts On Educational Management

XuTeli,a famous revolutionary and educationist of our country in modern times,is not only an outstanding representative of new education thoughts in the 20^th century but also a founder of the new democracy and the socialist education in China.Under new histotry circumstances,the basic theories of XuTeli's education thoughts can be used for reference in the reform,development and innovation of China's education cause.It's well known that XuTeli holds original opinions about the education system and the educational management as well as rich educational management thoughts.Therefore we should master the essence and scientific methods of his educational management thoughts through study them to guide our today's practice.This thesis is divided into four parts.The first part is introduction, including the study summary,the significance of the subject selected and some fundamental concepts.The second part analyses the source from which XuTeli formed his educational management thoughts,Xu's life history and the absorbtion and application of his educational management thoughts included.The third part states the main content of his educational management thoughts.That is the systemtization,democratization and scientization and the industrious and thrifty running a school.The fourth part discusses the historic significance of the subject and its practical value.
