From the late-19th to the early-20th century , American Taylor's"scientific management"had been used generally. This highly instrumental and efficiency oriented management style in business management was widely applied and greatly increased labor productivity. In recent years,it has been applied in the field of educational management,mistaking the relationship between leaders and teachers for that between employers and employees. In addition,the exact system and economic interests among the development of educational management seem to have improved the efficiency of management in some way. However,it is bad in the long run. Education and the management of it concern about human being's development. With the People-oriented idea,the author thinks we should trace the source to build the idea of"human freedom,harmonious and fair"as the strong basis in history. But the thought generated from Fre-Qin dynasty and handed down is the origin of the thought. So the author is to explore how to manage the education by studying Mainstream thinking on the Taoism,Confucianism, Mohism and Legalism.In this study,literature, historical and logical analysis and other methods are used to study the idea of modern education management,and explore the background of traditional Chinese culture,it should be based on the ideological basis .This study focuses on Ideological guidance of the mainstream thinking of the Taoism,Confucianism,Mohism and Legalism in the current field of educational management in China. According to the situation that the current education management is always in line with western scientific management,using technology to manage learners, the idea of"human freedom,harmonious and fair"is built,respectively,from the leadership to the principles of and management. This study describes the following three aspects:(1)Based on Thinking of Daojia's Wuwei,modern educational management should be built on the basis of teachers'free development. (2)From that,we know the key to educational management is to build a harmonious team of teachers. According to the characteristics of educational organizations,This is primarily analyzed about the harmony,and necessity of the team of teachers,and the possibility of building a harmonious team.(3)It is Mainly from the Han Fei's"rule of law"ideology to explain the equity of educational management,to expound the management system of modern education and historical links Legalism and to elaborate the importance of fairness in modern educational management.On the basis of above described,the author find an ideal which is "human freedom,harmonious and fair" concept of development.
