Development And Application Of The Educational Administration Management Platform For Continuing Education

Adult higher education is an important part of higher education system in our country,it should be actively adapted to the new normal of economic development,transformed and developed.The teaching level of adult higher education and the quality of talent training depend on the level of teaching and educational administration.In recent years,with the increase in the number of students of adult higher education,the education scale in my university has gradually expanded year by year,so that the teaching staff and the basic construction of contradictions are prominent in the university.The traditional teaching management mode can not be timely,effective and accurate transmission of information,and has the problems of difficulty in management and low efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to use the advanced design concept,network technology,database technology and other computer technologies to build a complete function,easy to use,safe and reliable teaching educational administration platform for adult and continuing education based on the WEB.This paper develops the design and implementation of the teaching educational administration platform according to the current needs and development goals of the educational administration management of continuing education in Shandong Agricultural University,analyzes the background of the development of the platform and the development status of domestic and foreign status,briefly describes the main problems that the system needs to solve.In this paper,the ways of realizing the system are expounded from the aspects of requirement analysis,outline design,detailed design,system realization and so on,the needs of the system development are analyzed in depth,the system function module and the database of the platform are designed.Then it introduces the teaching plan management,personnel management,enrollment management,management fees,financial management,teacher management,curriculum management,student management,examination management,school management,graduate management,foreign language degree management,degree management,school management,delivery order management,EQS operation set,node class management,teaching materials management module and its contents.At last,based on the analysis of existing adult continuing education teaching management platform and its future development prospects,find out the deficiencies of this platform,so as to further improve.At present,the platform has been put into use(login address is http://manager.sdau.chinaedu.net:8100/),and it has played an active role in the adult higher education of my school.
