With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,it requires higer demanding on the teacher's quality.Teaching research,as a vehicle for the communication and learning among teachers,is an effective and realistic way to promote professional development of the teachers.However,only by a fixed time and location,the traditional face to face teaching research can not meet the teacher's profession requirement.Web-based teaching research opens a wider space for teacher's profession development because of its flexible time and location.But it has rarely done research on the web-based teaching research,especial the lack of data-driven research.Taking the Beijing Xicheng District Normal School Attached Elementary School as our research object,we have taken the survey on the traditional teaching research and web-based teaching research,with the methods of observation,interview,and content analysis.Based on this survey,we have discussed how to conduct web-based teaching research and how to promote the teacher's in-depth commnunication.Finally we have given the suggestion on how to improve and implement it.During the procedure of improving the web-based teaching research,we have taken the cooperative action research model.With the together participation of experts,school leaders and teachers,through 2 cycles of system plan,action,observation,and reflction,the online discussion has been gradually improved.During the procedure of action research,we have analyzed the moderator's behavior by content analysis,and study the motives of teacher's participation by interview and case study method.The following conclusion can be drawn:(1) It will take a relative long time for teachers from being familiar to being used to participate in the web-based teaching research.Also it will take the teachers a long time to convert their attitude and behavior.(2) Web-based teaching research with incentive and evaluation can promote the teacher's participation;(3) Web-based teaching research between the groups who are familar with each other has significantly affected by original interpersonal relationships;(4) The subject of design and organization of the discussion course is to ensure the effectiveness and quality of teaching research.Based on the above study,we give the suggestion for the next step:(1) Integrate web-based teaching research into a unified teaching research design and management;(2) The standardization and institutionalization of web-based teaching research can ensure to carry it out sucessessfully;(3) A democrateic and relaxed atmosphere of teaching research makes the teacher at a dominant position;(4) Improve the platform of web-based teaching research related functions.
