Develop continuously along with our country woman's basketball.The game's body contact be more vigorous;the offensive,defend transition speed is sooner;the strength of game is larger.Therefore,strengthening the physical training has already become each sport brigade of main train mission,the strength training is the most important part in the physical training,is also the important factor which directly relates to athlete skill military tactics level in the game.Precently,the height,weight of our country youth women's basketball athlete were better than formerly, and teenager's basketball athlete is being the high peak of the development period in body character,is also a strength quickest,sensitive,increase character period,miss this period couldn't make up.This research to our country youth women's basketball strength training of the present condition carry on analysis,try to find out some main factors that influence the strength training of the youth women's basketball's development,will develop more overall,more excellent, more and better youth player and provide for the research of other relativities some basis.This text mainly use literature search method and investigates method, questionnaire survey,the logic analysis comprehensive research method, Mathematical Statistics method etc.Make overall inquisition include strength training plan,implement,result's est.,To 2007 our country youth women's basketball game No1-No8 teams strength training,and analysis to study the factor which influences strength training.Raising scientific degree of our country woman's basketball strength training, all-round development athlete of strength,provide the basis of theories.The main result of this research:1 Coach of the youth women's basketball team of our country is pay a good attention in the athlete strength training,but lack of formulate the strength training long-term to athlete.The strength training arrangement proportion have a little bit difference,but not big.Most team train 3 times every week,each time between 1.5-2.5 hours.The strength training mainly with separate training course;On the way,for training,mainly use barbell practicing as principle method,for comprehensive strength practice machine of application already more extensive,and can aim at the development characteristic of the strength of teenager's athlete,use rubber bands,solid ball,sand bag etc in training,for fit with teenager athlete strength growth of practice method.2 The result of youth women's basketball athlete at 2006~2007 year winter strength train show:strength training through winter stage,the athlete all has improve on the strength character,statistical analysis of strength data show that athlete deep squat,half squat,lying on back and push,clean and jerk four item through winter train had significantly improve.3 The main factor influenced the youth women's basketball athlete of the our country strength training's plan and task establish is:system factor,lack of scientific in strength training factor ect…;the main factor influenced the youth women's basketball athlete of the our country strength training's actulalize is:athlete's wound,individual differences in train level,practice model simplification ect…;the main factor influenced the youth women's basketball athlete of the our country strength training's effect is:inheriting factor,agefactor and train load not appropriate etc…...
