With the competitive level of basketball continues to improve,require athletes with better fitness. How to improve the basketball player’s physical problems are hi ghly regarded coaches, basketball players also an urgent need to solve urgent proble ms. As we all know, basketball, play together, and highly confrontational nature det ermines the strength is the foundation of physical basketball player, based on the str ength, speed, flexibility and jumping and other qualities in order to be the best play.In recent years, more and more new ideas, new methods have been applied to baske tball training. Among them, the core strength training coaches is caused enormous r epercussions of one of the new concept. Core strength training to strengthen the bod y core strength as the leading region in terms of a stable center of gravity, conductio n forces played a crucial role. Basketball, athletes must constantly face the rapidly c hanging scenario, and to respond in a timely manner, to respond quickly to action. T herefore, well-developed limbs strength and excellent core strength is the foundatio n of Basketball Players.Dissertation teenagers for the study, the subjects joined by means of core stren gth training, in order to investigate the effect of the introduction of core strength tra ining for youth basketball basic technology produced.
