Teamwork, as a form of organizational structure, has become so widespread in the field of commercial, scientific research as well as services. With the further strengthen of scientific research in colleges as well as the colleges status improvement in the national innovation system, the construction and management of scientific research teams deserves our full attention.In this paper, the research is based on the scientific research teams in financial and economic colleges.
