With the rapid development of science and technology,the country's demand for innovative talents is also increasing.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stressed that innovation is the primary driving force for development.We should strengthen the development of the national innovation system and train a large number of scientific and technological personnel and innovation teams with high-level innovation capabilities.In today's era,with the rapid update of information and the rapid development of science and technology,education can't be ignored in the national development strategy,especially higher education plays an important role in promoting social development and improving the quality of development.In recent years,due to the influence of the national enrollment expansion policy,the rapidly increasing number of graduate students is not consistent with the development of the school's faculty capacity and infrastructure,which also affects the overall quality of academic postgraduate education.Is the important carrier of high talent cultivation in colleges and universities,colleges and universities is the main culture of financial and economics talents of administration,academic graduate student scientific research innovation achievements,for the promotion of economic and social development will play a role,is the important subject to solve the problem of social economy,and economics of academic education of postgraduate study,have important practical significance.This study refers to the relevant domestic and foreign literatures about the research and innovation ability of academic postgraduates.In terms of basic theories,multiple intelligence theory,incentive theory,cognitive learning theory and so on are adopted.In terms of methods,literature research and questionnaire survey are used.Investigating the problem in the design,the scholars write before maturity scale to carry on the design,and select the S university of finance and economics,master graduate student academic research,and through the SPSS to collect questionnaire using empirical analysis,found that the students' scientific research innovation as a whole,subject of graduate students,courses,teachers,school the four factors,This paper also analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of graduate students' scientific research innovation ability.In addition,this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the training mode of research and innovation ability of graduate students in finance and economics colleges at home and abroad,which gives some enlightenment to the training of research and innovation ability of academic postgraduate students in finance and economics colleges in China.On the basis of the above analysis,according to business college personnel training mode,and economics university subject characteristics,the business of the university academic scientific research innovation ability of postgraduate cultivation countermeasure is put forward,to give full play to business college academic scientific research innovation ability of postgraduate subject role,attach importance to the construction of the contingent of tutors,promoting curriculum optimization,create a good academic atmosphere,So as to enhance the research innovation ability of graduate students.
