Teachers,the "soul engineers" of human society,Teachers are the key of promote the sound and rapid development of education and cultivate high-quality talents.Chinese is a subject for life,lives to old age and learns to be old.Language teachers and practitioners of Chinese language teaching play an irreplaceable role in the education of Chinese subjects and the growth of students' learning.The special-grade teacher is an advanced and professional title ad hoc for the country's special primary and secondary school teachers.As a good group,the top-level teachers play a crucial role in promoting social development and promoting their physical and mental development.How to become a special-grade teacher and play a leading role in the education industry has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.This article takes five senior high school Chinese teachers in Shandong Province from the new century as the research object,and uses questionnaires,telephone interviews,practice methods,statistical methods,comparative methods and other methods to study the growth of five batches of high school Chinese special grade teachers in the new century in Shandong Province.The process and internal and external factors affecting the professional growth of high school teachers for Chinese special grades are comprehensively analyzed,trying to summarize the rules of professional growth of high school Chinese special grade teachers in order to promote the development of China's education.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the main text includes three parts.First of all,the author analyzes the five batches of special grade teachers in Shandong Province in the new century,and then goes to each batch since the new century.From the selection of special grade teachers,the schools,teachers' gender,honors,special teacher recommendation methods,A detailed comparative analysis of published articles,hosted experimental subjects,and taught open classes is conducted to specifically study the professional growth process of special grade teachers;secondly,analyze the internal and external factors that affect the professional development of special teachers,focusing on the causes of education.Love,love for students,love for Chinese subjects,reflection on teaching,teaching and research based on practice,continuous learning,adherence to writing,and reflections on teaching analyze the internal factors that affect the growth of special teachers,from education policy,schools and schools.Leadership support,family support and encouragement,colleagues' reading help,opportunities,etc.analyze the external factors that influence the professional development of special teachers,try to summarize the laws that affect the growth of special teachers,and finally,analyze the impact factors on the basis of education administration.Departments provide decision-making advice for front-line language teachers Provide development proposals normal students in reading,continue to promote the development of education in our country,help train more talents socialism with Chinese characteristics.
