How to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching is an important topic in the field of education, which is of great theoretical values and practical significance.Of all the basic constitutive elements in the education activities, teacher and students are two important subjects, whose activities compose the process of teaching and learning as well. Therefore, how to develop their active roles through interaction between them will have the direct effects on language teaching. When reflecting in teaching, it will directly affect the efficiency of classroom teaching.Based on the analysis above, the author put forward her hypothesis of the research that guided by the theories of subjective instruction, via the specific implementation of classroom interaction and full performances of the subjective roles, the efficiency of English teaching can be improved in junior middle school classroom.Based on the literature review and analysis of the theories, as well as her own teaching experiences, the author put forward six strategies for promoting the classroom interaction, which are made use of in this experiment. The data are collected by means of questionnaire, interview and classroom experiment. In the teaching experiment the controlled group consists of 40 students and the experimental group is made up of 42 students. The experiment research lasted for a full semester and data are collected to evaluate the students' performance of their subjective roles, the application of teaching strategies and the classroom atmosphere. The data are analyzed and processed through the professional statistics software SPSS, comparing the effects between traditional teaching and interactive teaching. The result indicates that under the guidance of the subjective instruction theory, through implementing the efficient classroom teaching interaction, favorable English language settings are created, students' participation is activated, the students' interest in learning English is aroused, the students' cooperative and helpful spirit in learning gets cultivated. In one word, teaching efficiency is successfully promoted in the teaching experiment.
