The open class teaching is a common form in elementary teaching.It is the optimal teaching status to teachers and the object of teaching.As a special form of teaching,the open class teaching calls the teachers out from their respective private classroom, resulting in sharing of the experience and wisdom of teaching.So it is the necessary road for a teacher's professional growth.The open class teaching is of great importance to improve a teacher's professional competence,and the evaluation standards for the open class teaching become the intensive represent of teachers' education and teaching ability.Therefore,as to evaluation is concerned,the teacher is not a defense,nor the evaluator is judger.Both of them only aim for a common goal—to improve the teachers' professional ability effectively.Thus in order to improve teachers' professional growth, the thesis tries to research the evaluation standards for the open Chinese class teaching of elementary school.Through summarizing the existing research and states the idea of this thesis,The thesis first analyzes the concept of open Chinese class teaching in elementary school and its evaluation standards,clarify class is open to clarify the process of teaching people there is the presence of students to observe and assess for the purpose of the formal organization of teaching activities,open classes of evaluation standards that are open to the public classroom course evaluation standards.Then through the analysis of value of open class teaching,under the background of the historical fortune to the profession development,this part analyzes the specific function of open class teaching and its evaluation standards,and further to prove their value object should be to improve teachers' profession development.And as a basis for research,we choose the X elementary school as a case,and get to know the actual evaluation standards by conversation and on-site observation.We find that the evaluation standards exert active effect on teachers' profession development.But inpractical appliance,because of the deviation from and misunderstanding to the function of open class teaching and some logos of new class,some negative effect appears.Finally in base research on the theory and practice,we build the effective elementary standards for the open Chinese class teaching in elementary school.On the basis of humanism and constructivism,we put forward that developing evaluation viewpoint for class teaching,the class teaching eidos the new classes promote and the characteristic of the class should be the main foundation for construction the standards.And according to this we construct the key index for evaluation.
