This research in previous studies on the school adaptability,on the basis of the western rural boarding school in education background,Then a couple of boarding schools in Chongqing as the research object,by the way, the empirical research shows the western rural boarding school students of school adjustment problems and causes,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The research results are as follows:1.Through the research proves there,rural boarding school pupils adaptability level is not optimistic.In following aspects:can't adapt to the learning environment,health significantly;The bad emotions,loneliness,insecurity,Eating habits,malnutrition,poor health.2.From the Angle of management schools in rural primary analysis of boarding school maladjustment.The education concept,students' learning pressure big,Faculty, and the participating students management of low enthusiasm is not high,Poor fellow, interpersonal relationship of guiding,Parents have not in education students should play a role.3.And improve rural boarding school students to explore the adaptability.The establishment of modern management system,optimize the team.Quality education development needs,strengthen staff performance management.Perfect school of interpersonal function,strengthen guidance.To strengthen the home-school co-operation,exert the function of family education...
