Our education today is mainly to seek the skills with which to make a living (that is, focusing on "how to live"), without any considering the question of "what to live for?". Thus, we emphasize particularly on the selection of elites, with every instructive content and procedure designed primarily to enable part of the students to attend schools of a higher level. The scores students get have become the criterion to measure their performance and abilities, and the point of school has become the sitting and passing of exams and sending students into schools of a higher level. Such educational notion is far from satisfying the needs to facilitate the all-round development of students. Emotional education is neglected. The right, meaning, and goals of life has never been discussed, keeping education away from the nature of life, thus resulting in students' lack of understanding and appreciation of the meaning of life. When faced with frustration and failures, they are always lacking in the qualities of endurance and tolerance, leading to problems or tradgedies ranging from psychological problems to self-destruction, wich could have been avoided.Life education is aimed at helping students to understand, appreciate, care about, and sublime life in a correct way, by various means of school education. Besides, it tends to achieve the infinite infiltration of life consciousness in finite school education periods, and enable students to exploit the limitless fun and the true values of life in their limited lives. Its ultimate goal is to guide a spirit, and to cultivate an attitude----a spirit with a real passion for life, and a positive attitude towards real life.Basing on the study of theories on life education of fellow experts and scholars, resources of life education in the biological teaching material to the full are explored and ways of infiltrate life education into biological teaching are studied by combining the theories of life education and the practice of educational teaching. It's shown in the result that infiltrating life education in biological teaching can not only rich the teaching contents of biology but also stimulate students' interest in learning, cultivating all kinds of abilities and improving students' sense of responsibility. Meanwhile it Can guide students' to have correct understanding of human life and correct attitude towards life by cherishing life, respecting life and loving life. Furthermore, it can strengthen students' confidence in life and social responsibility and build up correct thought on life, which will make students' cherish life, perfect their characteristics and then grow up healthily. Hence, infiltrating life education into the teaching of biology is a relatively highly efficient and useful form, which does some good in implementing school life education.
