It, same as current sport, serves as an important tool to strengthen corporeity, improve sport skill, hearten national inspiration, and benefit the descendant, it is one of important composition of Chinese national traditional culture. To inherit and develop national tradition sport is an important way to realize the aim of our dream for strong sport country in this century. Therefore, it is very meaningful to recognize the important and study it, to develop She sport is also good to improve our health, intensify national integrity, to make it popular and make it our common treasure.This paper is about studying the current situation and countermeasures of She nationality sport, taking Fuan as a case study.
