This paper studies the whole process of finding a job for college students in China through the perspective of Job Search Theory. We aim to figure out the objects and mechanism which the college students interact on during their job search process, and that can lead to a more effective way to help them get an ideal job quickly and effectively. This paper is organized by three organisms of Job Search Theory, which is in consistent with the three phases of job finding process of college students. The first organism of Job Search Theory is Reservation Wages Theory. When we look into it theoretically and statistically, we found out that the probability of finding a job is positively connected with one's confidence in finding a job, and that confidence is formed by one's education and his or her family background. The recommendation Reservation Wages can tell to alleviate the employment pressure of college students is to perform a higher quality education and to minimize the distance between rich and poor. The second organism of Job Search Theory is Matching Theory. We used the same econometric model and methods to test data from Chinese labor market and American labor market and found out that our labor market is running ineffectively, so the advisement Matching Theory can tell is to let the vacancy owner be involved directly in our process of making an education policy of how to nurture a student. The final organism of Job Search Theory is Wage Bargaining Theory. We used Newtonian mechanics to carve in the bargaining process and found that the key to reach a balance during the bargaining process is the institutions of exposing information of both sides of the cost-of-service contract. The proposal Wage Bargaining Theory can tell is to make an institution which can expose information of both sides of the cost-of-service contract thoroughly and instantaneously.
