With the increasingly significant problem of college students’employment, their high expectations of employment and the frequent job-hopping behavior in the post-employment have caused more and more attention. This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between collective bargaining, work motivation and the employment stability of college students by using game models to study the impact of collective bargaining on college students’ employment stability on the basis of expectancy theory. The article aims to explore the mechanism of collective bargaining between employment stability of college students, so as to propose a new solution to the problem of college students’ employment.According to "rational economic man", the basic assumptions of Western economics, the job expectations of college student are reasonable for they are rational economic man with the capacity of rational choice. This paper, on the ground of expectancy theory, analyzed the effect of collective bargaining on target titer, the probability of realizing the expected wage level as well as the incentive for college students’ continuous work. The analysis showed that collective bargaining dose not play a role is one of the important factors that makes the incentive for college students’continuous work low. When collective bargaining dose not play a role, the incentive for college students’ continuous work is at a low level and the influence of collective power on college students’employment stability is not significant; when collective bargaining dose play a role, there is an increase on the incentive for college students’ continuous work level, which means collective bargaining is able to enhance the appealing of existing work to college students. Moreover, in different labor market structures, the incentive effect of collective bargaining to college students would strengthen with the enhancement of collective bargaining power of labor organizations. Therefore, collective bargaining’s playing a role can ensure the improvement of college students’ satisfaction of the work within a given period, so it can increase college students’ preferences for staying in the same position before making the choice.According to the results of the analysis, this paper believes that we should take the following actions to solve the problem of college students’employment stability and their frequent job-hopping behavior:first of all, perfect the existing legal status of collective bargaining to make sure each implement of collective bargaining has laws to abide by and to follow; secondly, enhance the independence of trade union thirdly, strengthen the propaganda and lastly,in order to play a coordination function, the trade union organization should take some measures like skill training and so on to improve the college students’ job skills and their quality of work,it also helps lay a solid base for stronger collective bargaining power in the future.
