Similarly, the thesis has probed into the problems existed in the introduction of talents and deeply explored its reasons after thorough examination of the history and contemporary work of talents recruitment since the mergence of Y college. Finally, the thesis proposed a number of improvement measures on the mechanism of introducing talents on the basis of theories related to human resources planning and the problems Y College faced.The introduction of talented resources for colleges or universities is quite complicated and covers a wide range of factors. The author is very likely to have biased viewpoints as the analysis and data start from one single college. At the same time, the introduction of talents should be constantly adjusted and innovated while the external and internal environments vary. In addition, owing to the theoretic constraints and the probably inadequate comprehension of related theories on author's side, there could be some flaws and something still needed improving in the thesis.
