Study On The Construction Of Communities In Higher Vocational Colleges

The communities in higher vocational colleges are built volunteerly by students based on their interests, and they are mass organizations which independently develop according to every community's rule. Now these communities have became an important part of construction of campus culture. They play an important role in enriching campus culture, creating pleasant educational environment, improving students' professional quality, conducting students to adapt themselves to the society, and boosting students to become useful talents and find jobs.Having developed for about 10 years, the communities in higher vocational colleges are now in uninterrupted growth and completing progressively in the construction of system. They have distinguishing professional characteristics and their material insurance are developing to multi-directions. Meanwhile, because of the lack of cultural accumulation and short time of construction, the communities in higher vocational colleges are facing with various problems during high speed development.Through satisfaction evaluation form, from the angle of community members, we can statistically analyze the satisfaction with development of these communities from aspects of construction, activities, insurance methods and encourage methods, then correctly handle with problems in development of the communities in higher vocational colleges.We should combine reality of higher vocational colleges to reflect their characteristic in cultivating talents. And we should also study construction of the communities in higher vocational colleges, and according to problem existed in their development, to explore the consideration and solution from aspects of construction, activities, insurance methods and encourage methods, In order to efficiently strengthen and improve construction of communities in higher vocational colleges.
