Since 2002 the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the EMBA professional degree education, EMBA program has experienced more than five years, in the course of the continuous exploration and improvement. As one of the postgraduate degree education, EMBA professional degree education is unique, with its distinctive features in the professional degree education. In this paper, systematical understanding about the our nation' recent EMBA professional degree education has been obtained, through a comprehensive document method, combing strategic management theory, and on this basis, by strategic analysis of the Beijing Jiaotong University EMBA professional degree education, the strategic position and objectives of Beijing Jiaotong University' EMBA have been derived from this highly competitive environment of this area.Firstly, the paper explains the concept of China's EMBA professional degree education as well as the existing problems and arguments among this; The next is the relatively complete internal factors analysis to the entire EMBA professional degree education, which is the foundation and preparation of the paper. The focus of this paper is how to accurately orient strategic objectives in the area. The article analyses the external market of EMBA professional degree education in detail, and conclude the significant features in the current macroeconomic environment, industry, competitors and customers. Then taking Beijing Jiaotong University as an example, using the strategic of SWOT analysis theory, the article summarize the advantage, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Beijing Jiaotong University EMBA program and in the case of price jumping of other schools, suggests that Beijing Jiaotong University EMBA should refer to the strategy of "Tianji Jockey " and adopt different strategies and fields of expertise focused strategy, accurately positioning, so as to enhance the quality of education as the first goal and occupy the EMBA education market and take appropriate measures to ensure the implementation of these strategies.
