The job activity and positivity of the head—teacher will directly affect the education quality and the excitation of the head—teacher's positivity depends on the satisfaction of administration and service provided by school to them. Therefore, the school governor should adopt pertinent solution to resolve the problem of the head—teacher's non-satisfaction, based on investigation the head—teacher's job satisfaction, to excite their job positivity and improve the administrative standard and quality of the school. This study takes example for the head—teachers of seven high school in Nanchang. Questionnaire is used as a main way for the investigation. Depending on the result of the survey, analyzing the impact of job satisfaction caused by the head—teacher's personal factor, such as age, degree, sex and the title of the head—teachers, exploring the relationship between job satisfaction and personal head—teachers, strategy of improving the school administration is raised, in order to upgrade the quality of the head—teacher's administration.The study indicates: Sex has an obvious impact on external satisfaction and total satisfaction. The external satisfaction and total satisfaction of male head—teachers is obviously higher than female ones. Age has an obvious impact on external satisfaction. The external satisfaction of head—teachers aged from 32-40 is higher than any others. Degree has an obvious impact on internal satisfaction and The head—teachers with an associate degree have obvious high job satisfaction than teachers with bachelor degree and master degree. Different marriage status has obvious impact on job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of the teachers married but lived as single is the lowest while the unmarried is the highest. The length of teaching has an obvious impact on internal satisfaction and total satisfaction.The study also indicates: Extraversion personal character was positively related to internal satisfaction. Agreeableness personal character was negatively related to internal satisfaction and total satisfaction. Conscientiousness personal character was positively related to job satisfaction. Openness personal character was positively related to internal satisfaction.
