College is an important part of the national innovation system, is an important force in the scientific research area. As the fundamental research organization of colleges, the scientific research team plays an important role in the national innovation system. Knowledge transfer is one of the major characteristics of activities in scientific research team, it's the based segments of the knowledge innovation, and the knowledge transfer performance intra-team would put a direct impact on the team's knowledge innovation capacity. In recent years, the knowledge transfer intra-college raises the academic's concerns, most researchers focused on the mechanism and the affecting factors of knowledge transfer between teachers and students, colleges and firms. However, retrieved from the current literature, few researches focus on the knowledge transfer within scientific research team in colleges. This paper focus on the scientific research team in colleges, based on the process perspective of knowledge transfer, explores the factors affect the knowledge transfer performance intra-team, and through questionnaires and statistical analysis, tests the model of influence factors of knowledge transfer. The results of the study may provide some beneficial practical implications to improve the team's knowledge transfer performance and further enhance the team's knowledge innovation capacity. The results show that: (1)the tacitness puts a significant positive impact on the transfer performance; (2)the absorb willingness, absorb capacity, and transfer capacity puts a significant positive impact on the transfer performance; but the relationship between transfer willingness and transfer performance is not significant; (3)the sharing culture and support system puts a significant positive impact on the transfer performance; the knowledge distance puts a significant negative impact on the transfer performance; (4)the absorb capacity, transfer capacity, absorb willingness and sharing culture affects members to decide choosing the face-to-face communication to transfer knowledge or not, and the face-to-face communication puts a significant negative impact on the transfer performance; (5) to members of different sex, age, education, job title, position, years of service, the differences of the tacitness extent of knowledge they transferred are partially significant; the differences of transfer willingness, transfer capacity, absorb capacity and the choice of the transfer channel are partially significant; and the differences of transfer performance they achieved are partially significant; (6)the differences of sharing culture, support system and transfer performance among the teams of different constitute model are partially significant; in the teams of different sizes, the difference of members' absorb willingness are partially significant.
