| Higher vocational education which enjoys higher education as well as vocational education possesses dualistic qualities. It can not only improve the development of economy but also increase employment opportunities. Since 1990s, higher vocational education in China has been developing at a good pace and almost becoming half of the country in the higherer education field. In order to keep the highe pace unceasingly, decision-makers have to concentrate more on development of scale, which obviously exposes a trend of preferring speed and quantity rather than external condition and quality during a long period. Furthermore, the trend leads to the Great Leap situation in the higher education development, conduces to difficulties for company's recruitment and student's employment and reduces society agreement to higher vocational education greatly.In order to satisfy the talent demands with our economy's growth and solve the basic problems of employment difficulties for students in higher vocational colleges, Ministry of Education promulgates a series of guidelines and policies which not only point out the urgent requirements for connotation construction of higher vocational education, but also give the directions for different higher vocational colleges' construction and development. According to the requirements of talent training, connotation construction of higher vocational education involves many essential aspects, such as building an excellent teaching work team of specialty, studying the layout of specialty construction, establishing the training plan of professional talent, carrying out the work of specialty teaching and cultivating the talent with higher ability suitable for the society demands.Suppose the construction of a teaching work team of specialty in higher vocational colleges is mainly influenced by two aspects: one is hardware,which means the structure of the teaching work team of specialty, such as the number of members, the makeup of degrees, double-skilled teachers and full or part-time job teachers and so on. The other is software, without it, even if the teaching work team enjoys good hardware, the members can hardly do their best and the performance of the whole team can not achieve their goal. Besides that, the teaching work team has to consider many other factors: the common wishes of different members, how to make the team role and team competence complement each other, communication and interactiveness of team members, team spirit and culture, team environment and indemnificatory of the organization and team member's spontaneity and creativity, etc.Based on the hypothesis above, through questionnaire, visits and the abstraction from the application material by national model colleges on the web of higherer technical and vocational education in China, the paper will analyze the problems existing in the recent construction of a teaching work team of specialty in higher vocational colleges; learn the manegement theory and practise experience home and abroad from enterprise work teams and teaching and scientific reserach work teams in higher colleges; probe into the approaches of building a teaching work team of specialty in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of team environment, team structure, team leader, team goal, team skill and team spirit, etc.; and finally analyze the background, significance, established problems and layout of the teaching work team of business management in Chongqing city management college. |
