| The purpose of this study is to explore effective in improving college students' interpersonal communication by group counseling, to form available group counsel program and prove its effect.In detail, we choose 24 students who have difficulty in interpersonal communication and divide them into two groups, one as the experimented group, and the other as the comparative one. We hold group counsel for 5 times to the experimental group, while do nothing to the comparative one. Then at the end of experiment, we hold different evaluation on the counsel.And at the end of the experiment, the marks they get are different from those they get before our counsel. That is, the social adoption ability of students in the experimental group is clearly improved, which is now higher than these of all the other students in the comparative group and that of their original level.Our main conclusions are as follows:(1) The major problems in college students' social adoption is lack of communication ability, timidity, sense of inferiority and eccentric characteristics.(2) Group counseling can serve as an effective way to help improving their social adoption abilities.(3) The group counsel program which the writer of this paper designed has its own features, such as choosing the special scales and adding interaction parts, which have positive influence in the consultant. |
