Quality education being carried out currently calls for taking person's all-around development as the center".This fast-advancing society is in great need of those who are capable to communicate by delivering themselves .Thus to train and develop student's ability to communicate has become one of the most essential parts while qulity education is implemented in schools aross the country. Teaching of the Chinese language plays a more important role in undertaking training and developing students'oral expression ability. Therefore this paper tries to make the research analysis on how to train and develop the secondary school students'language oral expression ability from four aspects .The first part is the prevue in which the intention of Chinese oral expression ability is clearly set forth as well as goals to develop such ablility. In the second part the status in quo of students'language oral expression ability is described and an analysis of the possible causes is also presented. Then combined with the usual teaching practice,some idiographic methods are put forward, with which the middle-school students'language oral expression ablity could be fostered gradually. The last part analyzes the significance of training and developing the middle-school students'Chinese oral expression ability,which incarnates the request for well-qualified people appealing to the new standard curriculum in this modern society in modern times.
