Classroom teaching language skills is one of the important factors of teachers’ professional development, and classroom teaching language skills directly affects the teacher’s teaching behavior and teaching effect. So, the study of primary school education undergraduate students’ classroom teaching language skills training situation of primary school education professional construction development is of great significance.The study, the main research contents as follows: firstly, using the survey method, on Yunnan Normal University institute of vocational and technical education level 2011 undergraduate students about their present situation of classroom teaching language skills training;understand their present situation of classroom teaching language skills training. Secondly, combining with the theory method, to discuss ways to cultivate pre-service elementary school teachers’ language skills, including training objectives, training courses, training methods, etc.This study through the investigation and interview method, theoretical analysis, case method and classroom observation of Yunnan Normal University primary education undergraduate classroom teaching language skills training status were investigated.The conclusion of the study: the Yunnan Normal University college of vocational and technical education attaches great importance to the cultivation of undergraduate classroom teaching language skills,investigation and interviews showing that studies courses can meet the needs of undergraduate classroom teaching language skills.However, there is not enough training guide to the classroom teaching language and the department is also facing a difficult by the lack of teaching resources. The children’s classroom teaching use is the biggest difficult language training. The also influence the factors of primary school education professional classroom teaching language skills. These three are the main conclusions of the study. Firstly, the network environment has a certain degree of negative influence on the development of language classroom teaching. Secondly, undergraduate students of dialect have a certain degree of affected the expression of spoken language. In addition, the shortage of teaching resources and part of the teacher’s teaching experience deficiency also affects the classroom teaching language skills training. The study also puts forward the strengthening primary school education undergraduate classroom teaching language skills training proposal. Firstly, further strengthen the practice training, including the mandarin training, hard book meal training, Chinese calligraphy training, practice training, simulation training and microteaching training class.Secondly, further optimize the practice,including strengthening the cooperation with practice base, strengthen the guidance and supervision of education practice.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of undergraduates own ideas and enhance their professional consciousness.Finally, strengthen the construction of teaching team and high level teachers and teachers to set up the demonstration effect of classroom teaching language skills training.Sincerely hope that the study to the primary school education undergraduate research sprang out of the classroom teaching language skills. And more and more people pay attention to the study.
