When people upgrad respect to the idea of education, the respect itself will have a significance of value judgment , it will repel the contempt and the evil intention to the human, it will be the value choice which the main body should follow. At the same time, "Respect" as an idea of education is not an independent form of education like the intellect, moral education, sports and other infertility, but one kind of thought ideas that guide the education from concept and instruct whole education practice. As one kind of education idea, we may apply "Respect-Education" in the university Ideological and political education, this is because this idea has the important application value regarding to the university Ideological and political education:First, "Respect-Education" is the needs to promote the comprehensive development of students. To promote the comprehensive development of students is the most essential meaning of the ideological and political education. But for a long time,our country's Ideological and political education has been unable to completely go out from the erroneous zone of object sexual preference, it has payed excessive attention to the realization of its social value that serve the social, and neglect its personal value that promote the personal development. "Respect-Education" happens to provide us with the opportunity to change this situation. Its in-depth thought connotation is to initiates one kind of education that direct the spirit of the age, perform the time subject that"pays attention to person's independent enhancement,sublimation and development". It is an education that strengthen its main body function of"developing the human". The implementation of "Respect-Education" will help the ideological and political education to achieve its object.Second, "Respect" is the standard of conduct to process the relationship between the teachers and students in the school. In the course of Ideological and political education, the relationship of equality, freedom and mutual respect should be established between teachers and students, this is helpful for the communication and the approval in the thought. However,the traditional significance's respect often has two erroneous zones: First, to elder or higher,not to younger or lower; second, to good not to bad. The true respect should not in administrative levels, not delimit the fit and unfit quality. Only to understand the true sense of respect, the teacher-student relationship of equality, freedom, mutual respect can be eventually established.Third, "Respect" is one kind of positive and healthy ideology and moral character. "Respect" is not only a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, but also a basic moral rule of the socialist society and an inevitable requirement of humanitarian.Therefore, the union of university Ideological and political education and the idea of "Respect" is an inevitable choice.The idea of "Respect" has broad significance, it can be applied to all aspects of the ideological and political education. But the spiritual essence of this idea is to enhance the dominant position.So we will mainly discuss the respect to the people who participate the education and the raise of respect consciousness and behavor, that is to respect the educated,to respect the educator,to raise respect consciousness and behavor.In the university Ideological and political education ,the application of "Respect" is a feasible question. If want to guarantee the true realization of this application, we must have the suitable condition. However, Our present situation actually has something bad for the implementation of the "Respect" education, mainly manifests in three aspects: teachers and students have a single channel of communication, teachers can not fully understand students'thinking and living reality, not more learn students'specific feelings, needs and choices. This lead to the respect of teachers to students only stay on the surface, becomes a mere formality; the raisement of respect consciousness and behavor is basically limited to the classroom or professional ideological and political education, there is also a phenomenon that respect for education become a mere formality and empty preaching, or the effectiveness of education can not last for a long time, the reason is the lack of respect in the educational atmosphere; the idea of "Respect" is only used in some aspect of the ideological and political education, not used in the ideological and political education system, lack of systematic. In view of the above situation, I thought that we should from the following three aspects diligently establish the good condition in the university Ideological and political education for the application of the idea's realization:First of all, we can expand the teacher and student's communication channel by letting the political teachers be the part-time counselors, establishing the communication mechanism among teachers , counselors and students; Secondly, we can build the educational atmosphere of respect by teaching, management and services'union; Finally, we can build a complete "Respect-Education" system. |
