Secondary education is an important part of elementary education in the training of personnel. The development of it depends on the quality of teachers' work in secondary school. Therefore, it is crucial to encourage effectively secondary school teachers and enable them to maintain high enthusiasm for the development of China's education. However, the resource of teacher can't meet the need of improving education quality. In order to retain and attract excellent teachers and improve their positivity, we must exert prompting measures. Currently, high school at pan yu has some disadvantages, and the promotion mode using in teachers management is not reasonable wholly. Then the question of how to improve the efficiency of teaching staff becomes a focus by the managers in high schools. And as we know that, motivation can have an effect of improving employee's initiative and creativity. Therefore, in this thesis, the problem of how to highly motivate the teaching staff in high schools is to be discussed.The thesis studied the motivation management mechanism for high school faculty management. First, this thesis set forth the background, the significance of the research, and summarized preterit literature about motivation. Then we made a definition of the meaning of motivation and motivation management mechanism, analyzed the status of high school motivation management mechanism. According to the problems existed in Secondary school motivation mechanism and western incentive theories, we summed up the basic principles of motivation management mechanism and constructed a model of incentive mechanism for secondary school teachers which included the needs analysis system, the implementation of incentive systems, and complementary support system. In this paper, we merely raised a clue for secondary school motivation mechanism which was still relatively shallow in some ways because of my limited capacity. I will continue to improve it in the future.
