Along with the coming of knowledge economy, as for each company, trying to be in the lead position in a volatile world, the talented person is a factor that can't be neglected. With the further development of the Opening and Reform, and the holding of national talented person congress, our community and our nation have been more focused on the talented person strategy, and also have paid more attention to the talented person as well. The management of talented person is an important factor related to the development of whole society.This text aims at the credibility problem generated through the flow of talented person, by analyzing the deep reason of the problem, establishing the model of game theory and getting the necessary result of establishing a talented person credibility evaluation system. Based on that result, we put forward the suggestion of using the credibility evaluation system to evaluate the credibility of talented person.Now of main in textual work below a few aspects:Firstly, we highly generalized the present research condition of talented person evaluation method, both domestically and internationally. Then it points out that now days, in China, the research according to the talented person credibility is still on the scratch. Because we still do not have much quantitative analysis about the talented person credibility, it is high time to make some research about that.Secondly, the thesis precedes the further analysis with the generation, the characteristic, and the meaning of credibility. Also we give out the deep statement on the meaning and the characteristic according to the talented person credibility, and several kinds of displayment about talented person non-credibility. And based on that, we established the model of game theory to analyze the actions between those talented persons and those companies, and pointed out that it is necessary to establish the evaluation system. This is one of the characteristics of this thesis.Furthermore, according to the principle of establishing the evaluation system, we hadcollected lots of information by using the questionnaire inquisition, and then, we established a talented person credibility evaluation system. By comparing different methods, and combining with the recent research condition in our country, we choose the faintness synthesizes to evaluate the talented person method. Among them the selecting method of index sign system is a textual point with a little bit creativenesses.Finally, we use the evaluation system to evaluate the real talented person, and demonstrate that the system we have established is science, reasonable, and valid.
