School-based curriculum development is the focus of basic education, primary and secondary schools at the same time it to the art teacher professional development provides an effective way to practice.This study is the development of school-based curriculum in primary and secondary school art teachers and professional development related to the definition and concept of the theory of order, as well as the relationship between the two on the basis of in-depth study.
