Study On Teachers' Emotional Management

Emotions occupy a certain status in people's lives, if people control emotion rationally, they can live and work better. Emotional management is concerned because of people-oriented management .The education sector should also pay an active attention to the emotional management of teachers.Teachers'emotional management contain two parts: emotional self-management of teachers and teachers'emotional management carried out by others; the principle of humanism, the systematic principle and scientific principle should be followed in the management process;the management aim is easing and eliminating teachers'harmful feelings, improving the working and living quality of teachers and enhancing the humanity management level of schools; the management content is perceiving emotions, analyzing emotions and revising emotions. Teachers'emotional management has a variety of meanings: first, it is conducive to the development and perfection of teachers; second, it is conducive to the healthy growth of students; third, it is conducive to schools'long-term development; fourth, it is conducive to the development of quality education and innovative education.Teachers'emotional management is not simply a matter of teachers, we should start from three dimensions to carry out emotional management of teachers. Society need to establish supporting system for teachers emotional management by effectively improving the social status of teachers and having rational social expectations of teachers; schools need to improve the concerned and supporting system for teachers emotional management by providing a sound and harmonious school environment, paying attention to humanistic concern, meeting the needs of teachers and establishing teachers'emotional management system; teachers must establish personal maintaining system for their emotions by raising the level of thinking and learning to use the methods of emotional management.
