In the early of20th century,Salovey and Meyer’s emotional intelligence andemotional quotient and Gorman’s emotional intelligence (EQ) which in the emotionalintelligence that open the door of research on Emotional Management. Emotionalmanagement researches were initially found in the enterprise class, the staff levels andpsychological circles. Then being subsequently spread to the education sector,ButEmotional management research in the education circle mainly focuses on primary andsecondary school teachers. There are less Research on preschool teachers ’ emotionmanagement at present.Basing on drawing up questionnaire on preschool teachers’ emotion management,the writer carried out the research on preschool teachers’emotion management, fiveconclusions were found in this research:Firstly, Emotional management level of Preschool teachers who are under20islowest,The remaining age groups don’t exist significant difference.Secondly, Emotional management level of Preschool teachers who are under1yearis lowest,The remaining school age groups don’t exist significant difference.Thirdly, Preschool teachers’ emotional management level on grade leader and classteacher are different from General teachers, reflecting the former’s emotionalmanagement level is higher than the latter’s. In addition, Preschool teachers’ emotionalmanagement level on the grade teacher and Nursery teacher exists significant difference,reflecting the former’s emotional management level is higher than the latter’s.Fourthly, Preschool teachers’ emotional management level on baby class, middleclass and higher class is different from small class’s, the former’s emotional managementlevel is higher than the latter’s. Preschool teachers’emotional management level on smallis lowest.Fifthly, The capacity of "emotion awareness"、"emotion expression"、"emotionadjustment" and "emotion application"on preschool teachers who are above3000yuanis highest-level, So their integral-level of emotional management is also relatively highest;The capacity on factors of emotional management varies with pay,relationshipbetween them is proportional; The capacity of "emotion awareness"、"emotionexpression"、"emotion adjustment" and "emotion application"on preschool teachers whoare1500-2000yuan is lowestest-level.In view of the above, some edifications were found in this study:Firstly, early childhood teachers should congnize the weaknesses of oneself onEmotion Management, then remedy purposively and improve the level of emotionmanagement.Secondly, The Nursery Manager should pay proper attention to EmotionalManagement learning of preschool teachers and seeks to create an environment aboutEmotional Management learning, effectively enhancing the Preschool teachers’EmotionalManagement.Thirdly, the Government departments pay more attention to the current pay andbenefits issues on kindergarten teachers,improving the welfare of early childhoodteachers. Promote the quality of pre-school education in Guangzhou, being based onimprovement of Emotional Management on early childhood teachers.
