Modern education technology, as commanding elevation and breach of educational reform, catch redoubled attention from extensive researchers and practitioners. This thesis, under the vast background of teachers' professionalization and educational informlization, adopts some methods of scientic research on education, such as the document data method, the questionnaire, the interview, the studying, the comparison method, etc. It carried out thorough analysis and the exploration on the current situation of the teacher's technology educating ability and the countermeasures in the primary and Middle school of Anhui Province.Partâ… , A digest field have set forth the thesis' research background, the current studying situation at home and abroad, studying content and studying method. Meantime, it also have pointed out that this research shows very important significance on boosting the persisting development of the educating and technological ability of those teachers of Anhui primary and middle school.Partâ…¡, On the basement of comparison and analysis of standards of educational technology of the teachers in primary and middle school of China and USA, through departing educational technology and ability these two concept, it expounding the connotation of educational technology ability. It also has made clear the relationship and difference between educational technology and information technology.Partâ…¢, Through the questionnaire, we know that in Anhui, the teachers in primary and middle school hold the positive attitude on applying educational technology, but generally speaking the ability is rather low. Because of the restriction of economy, infrastructure construction and digital resources, there is no platform and environment for teachers to apply educational technology. Meantime, the educational technology training system now available is not so perfect, the chance for these teachers to participate in educational technology training is rare, and these trainings rarely are able to bring good effects. From this, the thesis has pointed out constructive Strategy. First, enlarge investment and enhance infrastructural facilities and digital resource building.
