| Wuyishan Vocational College is currently the first private one in our Northwest mountain area Fujian Province which just approved less than a year. As a new college, it has become a major topic that how to insist on the essential idea of running schools on the basis of market-oriented development to make appropriate development of strategic planning. According to Mo Shaokun's course Enterprise Development Strategy Theory, using SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of the college, and from the following 11 aspects: vision, task, guiding ideology, target, policy, strategy analysis, strategy choice, strategy formation, strategy assessment, strategy implementation and strategy control to study and formulate the development strategies of Wuyishan Vocational College.This article first introduces the status of Wuyishan Vocational College and vocational education in Fujian Province as well as the general strategic target of the college's development, then analyzes the external and internal environment of the college about opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses and use SWOT Matrix Analysis, provided a series of strategic options for the development of the college, combining with the development of the college and the characteristics of its current development status to raise the development strategy which should be adopted at this stage, and using this as a guide to develop a series of full strategy steps. |
