Research On The Development Strategy Of Youth Wushu Clubs In Xi’an Based On SWOT Analysis

Chinese martial arts is a splendid national cultural treasure of China,and a dazzling pearl that the Chinese nation is proud of.Although martial arts has been listed as the teaching project of primary and secondary schools,there are still many problems in the actual implementation of martial arts teachers and the effect of course teaching,so martial arts clubs began to come into the public view.As a sports organization except physical education,martial arts club has attracted the attention of martial arts lovers.It can not only inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture,but also effectively promote the development of martial arts.He has developed for a relatively short time compared with the school physical education courses,but he is recognized in social physical exercise.Using SWOT analysis and strategy research of Xi’an Youth Wushu Club,literature data,questionnaire survey,interview,field survey,mathematical and statistics,and TOWS matrix analysis is applied for the development of Xi’an Wushu Club.The study results show that the following:1.Advantages of Xi’an Youth Wushu Club:advantages of Wushu itself;superior geographical location selection;high degree of parental support;and site infrastructure support.2.Disadvantages of Xi’an Youth Wushu Club:unbalanced teachers;low specialization of managers;insufficient publicity;the site is not rational;the student structure is unbalanced.3.Opportunities for Xi’an Youth Wushu Club:national policy support for Wushu projects;efficient and convenient publicity methods;many universities provide teacher resources;and mass media to promote the development of Wushu.4.Threat of Xi’an Youth Wushu Club:emergency of force majeure;impact of other sports industry market;impact of traditional martial arts concept.5.Through the SWOT analysis of Xi’an Youth Wushu Club,this study proposes the following four suggestions:Growth type（SO）:expand the development of the club with good economic advantages and policy support,improve the social influence of Wushu club,and use mass media to promote students’ preference for martial arts.Diversified（ST）:change traditional ideas and lead the development of The Times;give full play to the advantages of martial arts to attract students.Twse（WO）:strengthen teacher training,improve the professional ability of Wushu clubs;optimize the allocation and use of Wushu clubs resources;and strengthen the deep learning of managers.Defensive（WT）:Strengthen the communication and communication among excellent clubs,learn from advanced and successful experience;actively communicate with the government and seek strong support.
