Talents Cultivation In Colleges In Zhongyuan Urgban Agglomeration

Urban agglomeration has become the main battlefield of economic competition among international regions. As a transportation hub which linking the east and west, north and south, Henan Province has taken significant measure to promote central rise by taking Strategic Planning of central Henan urban agglomeration. However, the training and reserve of talents play an important role in international competitions. The contests between urban agglomerations have turned into competitions of talents.Based on the background of the economic and social development of central Henan urban agglomeration, the paper taking the actual situation that Henan province has a low proportion of high-skilled personnel as starting point, aimed to solve three important problems, what kinds of talents vocational training institutions try to cultivate; the knowledge, the ability and the quality structure of talents; how the vocational training institutions cultivate talents. The paper contained six chapters and took several research methods, such as literature research, comparative analysis, social research method, case analysis and so on. The main contents of this paper include: (Chapter I) introduction; (chapter II) the concept and theory; (Chapter III) the status quo and existing problems of high-skilled vocational training institutions and influencing factors analysis; (Chapter IV) high-skilled personnel training experience in domestic and abroad; (Chapter V) construction characteristics training institutions system of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration; (Chapter VI) strengthen the high skilled personnel planning and management.The paper carried out multi-angle studies on the system of vocational training institutions, so that it could provide a reference to cope with the high-skilled personnel shortage issues of central Henan urban agglomeration.
