Research For Actuality And Education Countermeasure Of The Career Value Of High School Students

With the current students'expansion of universities, more and more college graduates enter job market, the phase that is not enough for satisfy everyone take on in the market, as a result, graduates who fail to find a job trend to increase gradually. According to the research results of many scholars at home and abroad, the phenomenon that undergraduates who can't get work in time have large relation with their own career values, moreover, the career value demonstrated at obtaining employment phase by graduates was shaped gradually since the high school phase. Therefore, it's quite necessary to study the career value of high school students. In this paper, the author use survey table method to investigate 300 high school students of three normal high schools in Beijing. According to the investigate result, the career value of high school students has its own unique characteristic, however, there are still some problems. In this paper, the author has analyzed the cause of the problem, and tried to propose some countermeasures and advise to strengthen right career value education from different sides such as society, school, family, and themselves.
