It's necessary for the teacher-training students to have the pedagogical accomplishment to meet the requirement of the teacher's specialization development, under which the New National Curriculum Standard Reform puts forward the fresher requirements for their pedagogical accomplishment in the future basic education. The higher teacher's college is the main field to cultivate the teachers of the future basic education, and the public pedagogy is the teacher-training course which has been offered by the teacher's college to cultivate their pedagogical accomplishment, what's more, its classroom teaching is the core method and main task to cultivate the pedagogical accomplishment, so its teaching quality directly decides on the talent-training objectives. However, the present situation of the public pedagogical classroom teaching leads to many unfavorable factors to cultivate their pedagogical accomplishment, so it's urgent and necessary to study and solve them. Taking the teacher's specialization development and the New National Curriculum Standard Reform as the background, centering on the classroom teaching, and based on the characteristics of the public pedagogy, firstly the research constructs the required elements for the ideal public pedagogical classroom teaching, such as teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching principles, teaching methods, teaching procedures and teaching environment; secondly the research compiles the questionnaire according to the several dimensions of the classroom teaching to survey the present situation of classroom teaching at Neijiang Teacher's College, and then summarizes the gaps between the present and ideal situation and analyzes their reasons; finally the research makes some suggestions to narrow down the gaps.The thesis consists of four parts, and the main contents are as follows:Partâ… . Introduction, it briefly explores the reasons of choosing the topic, the research design, contents and methods, and summarizes the relevant literature. Partâ…¡describes the ideal situation for the public pedagogical classroom teaching, and respectively constructs the ideal situation of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching principles, teaching methods, teaching procedures and teaching conditions.Partâ…¢analyzes the present situation of the public pedagogical classroom teaching at Neijiang Teacher's College, and summarizes the gaps between the present and ideal situation about teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching principles, teaching methods, teaching procedures and teaching conditions, in addition, analyzes the reasons which leads to the gaps.Partâ…£. Thoughts and suggestions. This part puts forward some suggestions to improve the public pedagogical classroom teaching at Neijiang Teacher's College, what's more, to reform the public pedagogical classroom teaching at the Higher Teacher's College.
