After more than 20 years of development, It demonstrated strong vitality and creativity that China's private higher education developed from scratch, from small to large and from weak to strong. At present, China has formed a certain scale of the private higher education system; Private Universities include both undergraduate and higher vocational college. Teachers, as one of the core Competitiveness, are the base of private university's brand and the source of sustainable development for private colleges in the future. The competition between private colleges has become fiercer. In order to leading in the drastic competition, it must provide quality education services to student. while the board pay more attention to their core competitiveness that is the improvement of teachers resources in the internal private colleges after enlarged upon scale and promoted the hardware facilities.The study is divided into five parts. Part I Introduction of the main topics on the background to the study, the definition, the purpose and significance of the ideas and methods. Part II design of private college teacher's allocation of resources sufficient degree of measurement indicators from the supply and demand theory and the allocation of educational resources related theories. In Part III, private Colleges development process and teachers needs in different periods were analyzed, then the conclusion that private college teachers resource allocation is not sufficient at present were draw by comparing with related indicators of public universities. Finally, relations between the allocation of teacher resources and the quality of school in private university were analyzed by case method. Part IV analyzing teacher's resources supply and demand and college labor market segmentation situation in private college conclude that the configuration of teacher resource in private college is not sufficient. Part V Giving recommendations of establishing mechanism for the sufficient allocation within three levels such as legal, social and private colleges.
