Research On Decision-making Of Chinese Family Investment On Higher Education

With the formation and development of Cost-Recovery policy of China's higher education,the proportion of higher education cost which the Chinese family undertakes is unceasingly rising.Decision-making of Chinese family investment on higher education mainly means under the budget restraint,in order to maximize the family effectiveness,the main body who decides the family investment on higher education will make the choice between the education and other expenses or the production investment. Decision-making of Chinese family investment on higher education originates from the microscopic economic analysis of economist on the family interior resources disposition. In order to make the limited resources of the family maximize, before carring on the family investment on higher education ,the main body of policy-making needs make reasonable choices on the type of school,the type of specialty ,the quantity of investment and so on.Firstly,this Paper embarked from the current situation of decision-making of Chinese family investment on higher education and thoroughly analyzed the reasons of which these current situation produced. Basing on the analysis of the current situation, in order to study the concrete decision-making process of Chinese family investment on higher education,this chapter introduced the theory basis of the family investment choice on higher education.After that ,this chapter analyzed the main body of the Chinese family investment on higher education.According to the policy-making basis of decision-making main body who decided the Chinese family investment on higher education, this chapter structured a effectiveness function of the Chinese family investment on higher education . Combined with the special national condition of our country and the analysis on the characteristic of Chinese family investment on higher education in theoretically ,the research discovered that the Chinese family investment decision-making on higher education had some characteristic,such as "the behavior maximization", "the limited rationality", "the deviation behavior" and so on.Simultaneously, Obtaining the support from the real diagnosis research which the domestic scholar is connected,this paper induced the primary influence factors of the Chinese family on higher education.Thus the paper constructed decision-making theoretical model of the Chinese family investment on higher education. Using this model,this paper analyzed the main plan of the Chinese family investment on higher education which occurred in the real life. Finally, through the question of which existed in view of our country family investment decision-making on higher education , this paper proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from the government, educational department, the universities, the family and so on .
