Teacher-Student Relationship is the basic and most important human relationship in the school. A good teacher-student relationship is beneficial to teaching, useful for students'development and campus culture construction. The teacher-student relationship has been the focus of educational theory and practice for a long time, and an important part of world educational and teaching reform. The teacher-student relationship, one of many social relationships, like other human relations, its existence and development are dynamic. Social life and other factors influence on the existence and development of teacher-student relationship. With the further reform of education, to give more humanistic care to students and teachers'living condition is becoming a hot topic. School life is a very important phase in students and teachers'lives. To improve their living condition, we must handle the relationship correctly in the school education period and improve the teacher-student relationship.The essay is composed of 5 parts.The first part is a foreward which describes the background for the research on teacher-student relationship. As a teacher in the school, the author has a deep understanding of the teacher-student relationship, especially with the implementation and further reform of the elementary curriculum and the gradual change of people's thoughts, the teacher-student relationship has changed accordingly. Many confusions and doubts cause me to reflect on the teacher-student relationship in this new situation. This part explains the background of the new curriculum, the common teacher-student relationship and the significance of the research respectively.The second part describes the inner meaning of harmonious teacher-student relationship.With the research data from this period, the author analyzes the current teacher-student relationship and problems in the third part. On the one hand, with the further reform of new curriculum and the attention of the academic world, the teacher-student relationship is taking a favorable turn. On the other hand, because of the dominance of the traditional teaching model, management model and assessment model, the current teacher-student relationship still has disadvantages and problems.The fourth part analyses the resources of teacher-student relationship problems.The last part is the core of the essay. The author focuses on the description of the strategies of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship under the current situation. It includes: the theory, principles and ways of building a harmonious teacher-student relationship.
