As a new international athletic sport with only about twenty years'history, sports aerobics, developed from aerobic gymnastics, has gained worldwide popularity since then. Being introduced to China very recently, it appeals large amount of people, especially college students, with whose enthusiastic involvement, sports aerobics has been well developed in China. With the increasing participation, its performing level is being improved,which could be seen in sports schools, where it demands considerable physical strength for better performance and the strength factor is decisive for a good performing. To improve students'physical strength and to help them with the best performance and big achievement, the research is to study and analyze the students'specific strength training.Being a difficult, fast and complicated sport, sports aerobics has a high demand for a complete, accurate, artistic and creative performance and a strong, supple, well-balanced body. Physical strength is the key point and almost all demanding movement is done based on it, without which, the creativity of performance is no doubt out of the question, to better the standard movement is a shared concern for most coaches. The yardstick for aerobic students'proficiency is their step moving speed and a good performing of the difficult movement while only by enhance their strength training could both standards be met. It is significant to analyze the features of aerobic strength and training methods to ultimately improve their physical training.The research is done among the students major in aerobic gymnastics and professional teams from the Sports school of Northeast Normal University and Jilin Institute of Physical Education to spot the less desired aspects in physical strength training. To carry out the strength training from the beginning to the end of each periodic training cycle is the premise and assurance for creativity and constant progress. Eventually, the aim is to help students better their strength training to perform well in 7X7M,10X10M, consequently to fully demonstrate their physical strength and the combination of strength and beauty.
