Since the 1990s, countries around the world are actively carrying out the curriculum reform as the core of basic education to meet the challenges of the information age. At the same time, China's reform of basic education is also in the transfermation stage from the exam-orientated education to quality education. Along with the socio-economic and cultural transformation, we have ushered in the new curriculum reform most strongly and widely the history.The current high school art courses are developed systematically. However, influnced by the traditional ideological education and the exam-oriented education, high school art development has experienced a bottleneck. High school curriculum reform is developing difficultly , and marginalization trend of art courses has not changed. High school art courses in many places exist in name only-the lack of teachers, teaching facilities uneven, contradictions between quality education and exam-oriented education, and many other problems in high school art education.The study of art teaching, from the results already,are mostly the introduction to foreign art theory,and the transplant of the foreign art, lacking in exploration of the theory and practice in specific teaching situations. Particularly in the form of specific teaching organizations,we rarely have teaching and research results. In consideration of the above factors, I think,with my years of teaching practice, that the reform of teaching in the organizational form works obviously in mitigating or resolving these contradictions, so I put forward the "art supermarket"– a teaching organizational form. The research is done in three ways: a questionnaire survey, summing up information law,the analysis of information.The main topic is done through four part analyses. Part I,introductory remarks, mainly talking about the goal and significance of the topics the research target and task and theway of doing research. Part II, analysing the current art education and making studies of and doing research in the problems ,such as the too old forms ,in the forms of teaching orgnization in the current art teaching. The third part is the key part of this paper.In this part,I talk about what the "art supermarket," means and and how it works, focusing it on the "art supermarket" operational procedures. Part IV : the conclusion part, there is a further discussion,according to the main analysis on the basis of the "art supermarket," on teaching organizational form, as well as on China's high school art teaching prospects.The results show that through changes in organizational form in art teaching, it can ease many conflictsin the current high school art teaching, as long as the art teaching organizational forms adapt to new forms and continue to be reformed art education is sure to be vibrant, in-depth study of "art supermarket" for the organizational form of teaching in high school will surely be of great significance.
