The research was on the current situation and challenges faced in the the development of private schools as well as th actrual needs in the reform and development of the management of private schools.Based on the analysis of the present situation in the management of private schools, using the process reengineering theory and learning organization theory as the framework(LO-BPR), carrying on a research in the mode of management of private schools, the frame model, change model private school management of LO-BPR implementation to explore in-depth theoretical study and practical strategy and its application based on. This paper aims to provide a feasible idea and solution to private school management reform, which has certain theory significance and the practical value. The main jobs of this paper are as follows:First,based on the analysis of learning type organization theory and Business Process Reengineering theory,which is advanced theory in management, researching on the learning organization and business process reengineering(LO-BPR) fusion research, the paper proposed a management model based on process reengineering with learning type organization, deriving from the aspect of management idea, theory system to explore the features of learning organization and process reengineering and their the relationship between the learning organization.Secondly,fater analyzing the the current situation of private school management,a reaserch about basic principles, basic functions and characteristics of management of private schools was carried on. the feasibility and necessity of application of LO-BPR in the management of private schools was also demonstrated.Thirdly,according to the learning type organization and process reengineering fusion strategy, combined with the reform factors of the private school management,the paper eastablished a framwork model for private school management change mode based on LO-BPR. The LO-BPR framework Includes four modules,they are private school cultural reconstruction, the core business process reengineering, private schools structure reengineering and human resource reengineering.Relying on the environmental platform, IT technology and system, pushing the five discipline of learning type organization fully integrating into the six period of process reengineering, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of private schools, so as to promote the compentation ability of private school,which will promote the reform in culture,management structure and human resources of private school, ultimately the common vision of private schools will be acheived.Finally,using the Balanced Scorecard theory, the research carried on the evaluation to the LO-BPR management mode of private schools in the parts of organizational culture, organizational structure, core processes and human resource management.
