| As a traditional teaching method of vocation and technology education,Demonstration has the advantages of resourceful information, simple expression andeasy for imitators to understand. Vocation and technology education is hard to expressby language and euphonizes the students’ practice by using tools. Moreover most ofthe teachers are workers originally and they couldn’t apply teaching methods, asmuch as possible.The Demonstration in the practical classes is closely connected with teachers’teaching effect in class and the skills teat the students gross the teachers usedemonstration in practical class mainly for teaching special course, effectivelyfulfilling planed teaching procedures and realizing the teaching aims in practicalclasses.The thesis starts from the research documents for sorting out and analyzing allkinds of research achievements about demonstration teaching at home and abroad. Atthe some time, after careful survey and record for the demonstration teaching in classand analysis of the data by statistical method, the status quo and effect of theapplication of demonstration teaching is known with the analysis of significance andproblems in the demonstration teaching class in vocational college. In the end, thethesis provides advice accordingly and references of how to demonstration in class.This study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introductionwhich mainly introduces the documents on teaching at home and abroad and indicatesthe direction for the next research. The second chapter presents the basic structure andtheory of teaching which includes demonstration is and it’s effect on occupation skillformation, laying a foundation for further study. The third part discusses it’sapplication type, and the time when to apply and the plane where to apply, and getsready for later scene investigation with complete research of relative documents. Thefourth part analyze the status quo of demonstration teaching in some professionalnursing colleges through every procedures of demonstration teaching in nursing specialty in vocational colleges. By extensive survey and detailed records and simplestatistical analysis, the author reproduces the demonstration teaching procedures. Thelast chapter concludes the problems causes and countermeasures for improving thedemonstration teaching in nursing training classes nowadays on the basis of aboveresearching results. |
