Sustainable Development, as a development stratagem accepted by the world, is the inevitably choice of the human being. The sustainable development stratagem implementation is not a nature development process, but is by the human participation and the impetus nature and the social interaction social history process. It already needs the people knowledge and the skill understanding and the enhancement, requests human's values, the behavior way change. The moral education adapted this request, in changed the people values and in the behavior way process is shouldering the significant historical mission, was playing the role which could not be substituted. The sustainable development moral education not only is the sustainable development important constituent, also realizes the sustainable development method. Not only it pays attention to the adjustment which the sponsor and the human relate, moreover also inquires about the human and nature relations moral.The paper theory knowledge and so on use ecology, pedagogy, psychology, ethics are the foundations, 17th National Congress of the CPC proposes"the ecology civilization"take the party the thought as the instruction, take the sustainable development realization as the goal, the moral education and the sustainable development organic synthesis, explores our country in to implement in the sustainable development, the moral education faces the new task, needs to shoulder the new mission, finally serves for the sustainable development.This research divides into three parts: The first part expounded the sustainable development and the moral education relations, and introduce sustainable development moral education this concept through the sustainable development education introduction; The second part has thoroughly analyzed the sustainable development moral education theory system, to its content, the characteristic, the goal has made the detailed analysis; The third part in the model overseas sustainable development moral education construction foundation, proposed the sustainable development moral education implementation conception from four aspects: The school edition and the social education supplemented, the knowledge instruction and the practice experience promotes, the culture to gradually influence with fosters the education to unify, the dominant curriculum and the recessive curriculum seeps.
